Angie works as the district Instructional Technologist providing support to teachers, teams and faculty. She works with district staff through co-teaching, co-planning, modeling, developing resources and providing feedback to increase the transformative use of instructional technology and innovative teaching practices. Angie is a Google Certified Teacher and a Mimio Certified Trainer. She taught middle school for 19 years before entering her current role. Angie graduated from the University of Illinois with her B.S. in Elementary Education and then went on to NIU where she earned her M.S. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. Later Angie attended National Louis University and received a second Masters in Technology in Education. Her favorite activities, other than investigating and engaging in new technologies, include: traveling, athletics, gardening, photography, water sports, and spending time with family and friends. Her children are fifth generation Batavians. Go Bulldogs!
